Medical Lab Technician (MLT) / Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)

Immediate need for a talented Medical Lab Technician (MLT) / Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS). This is a 13 weeks contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Wray, CO (Onsite).

Pay Range:
Weekly Gross Pay: $1,900.00 (subject to completion of scheduled hours) Contract Length: 13 weeks

Shift: 4x10 Days – with shared call for night shift and weekends Expected

Hours:

40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• General lab work including Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, and Microbiology
• Phlebotomy skills required
• Arterial blood gas draw skills required
• Shared call for night shift and weekends – generally one weekend per month (discuss details in interview)
• EMR:
  Cerner experience preferred

Key Requirements and Technology

Experience:

• ASCP, MLT, or MLS certification required
• General lab experience required
• Phlebotomy skills required
• Arterial blood gas draw skills required
• Current Colorado state license required (must be currently active)
• Prior travel experience required
• Locals are accepted – 1-mile radius rule applies
• Compliance due by Wednesday prior to Monday start
• Badge-appropriate photo required
