Our programming includes intensive care management supports for families and adults, Crisis Stabilization programming, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) for individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness, Child First for young children and caregivers, integrated co‑occurring Intensive Outpatient treatment, individual and family therapy, medication management (including MAT), peer support, supported employment/housing, and holistic recovery services for mental health and substance use disorders.

Crisis Stabilization Clinician

We are currently seeking licensed therapists and social workers, as well as those pursuing licensure in Colorado, to join our multidisciplinary crisis stabilization team. As a Crisis Stabilization Clinician at Paragon BHC, you will be responsible for providing urgent behavioral health interventions to individuals under mental health holds and those requiring support as they transition back into the community. This team will also facilitate crisis stabilization programming using an evidenced based model.
