- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous dietary or food service experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Prepare and serve meals according to established dietary guidelines
- Assist with food preparation, portioning, and meal assembly
- Stock supplies and maintain an organized kitchen and dining area
- Wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment and work areas
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, state, and federal regulations
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with the dietary team to provide an excellent dining experience for residents
