This full-time contract role offers the chance to work on-site or in a hybrid capacity with a dynamic team near Peyton, CO. With a flexible approach welcoming experienced SLP-CCCs, Clinical Fellows (CFY), and travel professionals, this position ensures professional growth and genuine support.
WhatYoull Be Doing
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and create clear reports for students with diverse communication needs.
- Design and implement tailored IEPs to address individual student goals.
- Deliver direct and indirect speech/language therapy services for students at one to two school sites, with paid time for meetings and documentation.
- Maintain thorough caseload notes, monitor progress, and contribute to multidisciplinary/IEP meetings.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to enhance student outcomes in a positive school environment.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants as necessary.
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
- Current or pending Colorado SLP license (plus CDE credential if required).
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence strongly preferred; motivated Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply and will receive district-provided supervision.
- Strong pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy experience is valued.
- Ability to clear background and fingerprinting checks per school requirements.
- Enjoy a consistent 37.5-hour-per-week schedule through May 2027.
