• Plan, organize, and oversee recreational programs and activities that meet the physical, mental, and social needs of residents
• Develop monthly activity calendars and ensure a variety of engaging programs are provided
• Encourage resident participation while fostering a supportive, inclusive environment
• Coordinate with staff, volunteers, and outside community resources to enhance programming
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines
  
  Ensure activities comply with safety standards and promote resident well-being
• Perform other duties as assigned by management in a resident-centered care environment

• Experience in activity planning, recreation therapy, or a related field (NCCAP certification a plus)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A creative, energetic, and caring personality
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a long-term care setting
• Passion for enriching the lives of residents through meaningful engagement
