About the Role:

As a Program Coordinator with North Range Behavioral Health, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our 24/7 crisis response and acute treatment services. You’ll work closely with the Program Director to keep the program running effectively, support and guide staff, and help ensure every person who walks through our doors receives compassionate, responsive, and high-quality care.

Our crisis services serve individuals during some of life’s most difficult moments, including acute mental health challenges and substance use concerns. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll help bring structure, collaboration, and compassion to the work, while supporting a team committed to helping people find safety, stability, and a path forward.

You’ll have opportunities to lead, coordinate, problem-solve, and contribute ideas that strengthen the program and improve the experience of those we serve. From supporting staff and specialized programming to helping operationalize program goals and organizational priorities, your work will directly contribute to the success of the team and the quality of care provided.

You’ll also have the opportunity to work directly with clients through therapeutic counseling and case management, helping individuals navigate immediate challenges and connect with the resources and support they need.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being both a leader and a teammate, someone who can balance the needs of people, programs, and day-to-day operations while staying grounded in compassion and purpose.

This position includes eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.

What You Will Do:

Advance our mission by partnering with the Program Director to set and achieve program goals, evolving services to meet the needs of clients and in the community.

Support high-quality care delivery by helping develop and uphold policies, procedures, and standards that ensure compliance, safety, and excellence.

Use data to drive decisions by analyzing program performance and outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring accurate reporting.

Promote program success by supporting quality, compliance, documentation, and financial performance goals.
