Banquet Server

Overview

Location: The Westin Westminster, Westminster, CO

Schedule: Full-time or Part-time | Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Set up banquet rooms according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), including tables, chairs, linens, and service stations
• Serve food and beverages during plated meals, buffets, receptions, and coffee breaks
• Provide courteous, prompt, and professional service to all guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after functions
• Assist with clearing tables, resetting rooms, and breaking down events efficiently
• Communicate with Banquet Captains, Culinary, and Event Management to ensure smooth service flow
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
• Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
• Support other banquet duties as assigned to ensure successful event execution

• Previous banquet, restaurant, or hospitality service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with large events and high guest interaction.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Serv Safe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
