Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily laundry operations, including sorting, loading, washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and terry items.
• Operates commercial washers, dryers, and flatwork ironers.
• Sorts, feeds, and pulls linens; folds, stacks, and bundles items as needed.
• Loads and unloads linen carts and distributes items to designated storage areas.
• Maintains linen inventory, including item counts and associated recordkeeping.
• Inspects laundry items for cleanliness, damage, and quality standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
• Follows all safety procedures and properly uses equipment associated with the role.
• Provides excellent internal service to support hotel and casino operations.
• Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Performs physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 100 pounds.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous laundry or cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to operate laundry equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to follow directions.
• Basic communication skills to understand instructions and safety information.
