- Maintain current knowledge of all menu items, able to answer ingredient, preparation, and other questions.
- Quickly and efficiently serve guests, adhering to all food safety and sanitation requirements.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
- Positive, enthusiastic individual with high volume, high stress situation handling; adaptable to slower times.
- Flexible schedule, willing to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
