The Front Desk Associate is the first and last point of contact for guests at a hot spring hotel in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. This role is responsible for delivering a welcoming, informative, and efficient guest experience while supporting daily front desk operations in a wellness-focused resort environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet guests warmly and provide professional check-in and check-out services
Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and general inquiries
Provide information about hotel amenities, hot springs, spa services, and local attractions
Process payments, room charges, and cash handling accurately
Respond to guest requests and concerns with courtesy and a solutions-oriented approach
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and spa teams to support guest needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and service standards
Uphold safety, security, and confidentiality guidelines
Competitive hourly wage based on experience

Qualifications & ExperiencePrevious customer service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive attitude with a guest-first mindset
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills; experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) a plus
Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Work Environment &Physical Requirements
Guest-facing role in a resort setting located in Colorado’s Rocky Mountains
Ability to stand for extended periods
Comfortable working at high altitude and in a dynamic, service-oriented environment
