This is a full time position, located in Telluride Colorado. This role has an hourly range of $23-$25 per hour plus benefits.
Embark on a rewarding journey as a Front Desk Supervisor, where you'll be the linchpin of our guest experience, ensuring smooth check‑ins, personalized service, and efficient problem resolution. In this pivotal role, your leadership will set the tone for our front desk team, creating an atmosphere of hospitality and warmth that leaves a lasting impression on every guest.
Oversee and assist in the check‑in and check‑out processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a welcoming experience for guests.
Supervise front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to policies and procedures.
Monitor and manage room reservations, ensure accuracy and availability, and address discrepancies or special requests.
Resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive and hospitable atmosphere at the front desk.
Coordinate front desk operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, task delegation, and smooth shift transitions.
Act as a communication hub between guests and other hotel departments, facilitating effective communication to enhance the overall guest experience.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and room availability, and generate reports for management analysis and decision‑making.
Qualifications2+ years of hotel reception experience, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel
Preferred knowledge of Computer based Applications including G‑mail, Opera Cloud, Alice and Book4
Time.
