Sage Hospitality Group - 333 E Wonder View Ave - Responsibilities:
Plan and manage the restaurant, room service and other food and beverage outlets to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals;
Manage the associates in the various outlets including hiring, scheduling, training, developing, coaching, and performance reviews;
Forecast, monitor, and control outlet budgets (labor, food, beverage, supplies, equipment) to maximize revenue and minimize expenses;
Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, and feedback to ensure quality experiences and future sales;
Create and implement promotions, displays, buffet presentations to capture more in-house guests and local market share
