The Housekeeping Inspector is responsible for checking rooms and public areas for cleanliness and assisting with the management of housekeeping and laundry operations. This role supports the housekeeping team through training, coaching, and open communication to achieve a positive work environment and outstanding guest service.

- Support housekeeping staff through training, coaching, and open communication to ensure high performance and efficiency.
- Clean & Inspect the cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring compliance with health, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Issue assignments to housekeeping staff, taking into account special requests and areas of focus to maintain smooth operations.
- Distribute supplies and goods to staff at the start of each shift, managing inventory and controlling expenses.
- Respond to guest requests, concerns, and issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Log items into the Lost and Found and manage guest inquiries related to lost property.
- Follow emergency procedures to protect hotel guests, staff, and assets.
- Adhere to attendance rules and maintain regular availability for scheduled shifts.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
- Must be able to stand for long periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to move throughout the building, bend, stoop, and reach to assist staff members in completing tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
