The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures that guest rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness standards. This role involves overseeing the housekeeping and laundry teams, managing resources, and fostering a positive work environment that promotes exceptional guest service and staff efficiency.

- Supervise the housekeeping staff, providing open communication, training, coaching, and feedback to ensure high performance and efficiency.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Issue assignments to staff, considering special requests and areas of focus to maintain smooth operations.
- Distribute supplies to staff at the start of each shift, managing inventory and controlling expenses.
- Respond to guest requests, concerns, and issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage Lost and Found, logging items and handling guest inquiries.
- Follow emergency procedures to protect the hotel, guests, staff, and assets.
- Comply with attendance rules and be available for regular shifts.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overall housekeeping operations.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to move throughout the building, bend, stoop, and reach to assist staff members in completing tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
