Sign-on Bonus$1,000 sign‑on bonus. $500 paid 90 days after date of hire and $500 paid 180 days after date of hire. Team member must be in good standing to qualify for bonus payout (no documented performance in the employee file).

- Provide superior customer service, positively effect interactions with external and internal customers and employees, and handle difficult customers in all types of business conditions while working harmoniously with coworkers.
- Inspect guestrooms for cleanliness and quality, ensuring Z Casino standards.
- Report rooms ready for occupancy.
- Ensure guest rooms, linen rooms, and maid carts are set up in a standardized manner as required by current Z Casino policy.
- Direct the actions of floor personnel as outlined by the Housekeeping Supervisor and/or the Hotel Manager.
- Assign breaks for the Housekeeping personnel assigned to their floors.
- Supervise assigned subordinates, which may include In‑Room Refreshment Center attendants, as well as Room Attendants and House persons.
- Report room and hall deficiencies, maintenance, and work orders; follow up to completion.
- Ensure safe and proper use of chemicals and equipment.
- Assist in room attendant and IRRC attendant functions as needed.
- Perform these and other duties assigned.
- Utilize standard cleaning chemicals; take proper safety precautions.
- Communicate effectively at all times with guests and all levels of employees.
- Observe and direct the actions of subordinates.
- Inspect and maintain areas for which you are responsible.
- Review and comprehend all necessary documentation.
- Use all equipment associated with the position, including vacuum, telephone, and pagers.
- Move efficiently around the work area.
- Bend, carry, crawl, reach, and squat to inspect rooms and move supplies and carts.
- Handle tasks requiring complete physical mobility, including balancing, bending, carrying, climbing stairs, reaching, squatting, twisting, lifting up to 40 pounds, and pushing a cart that weighs 200–300 pounds.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Housekeeping department policies and procedures.
- Ability to learn detailed inspection routines.
- Ability to direct the work of subordinates.
- Typically acquired through a minimum of six months of housekeeping experience.
$20.00 – $26.00 per hour
