Ticket Checker - Winter Seasonal (CRested Butte Mountain Resort)

Job Summary

As a Ticket Checker on the Lift Experience Team, you will help provide a seamless end-to-end guest experience from maze entrance to lift unloading. You will greet guests by name, validate access, and contribute to a fun, welcoming atmosphere while maintaining product integrity.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver premium guest service by providing information and assistance with a smile
  • Validate tickets to ensure guests have a valid product before loading lifts
  • Work with Lift Operators and other teams to manage lift lines safely and load lifts efficiently
  • Maintain and secure department equipment (scan devices, radios, etc.)
  • Escalate issues to leadership as they arise (safety, product concerns)
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Fluent English communication
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather, standing and moving for the shift, on potentially slippery or uneven surfaces
  • May need to provide some personal gear
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to handle high guest volumes professionally
  • Adherence to safety standards and procedures

  • Working between 8-10 hours per day
