- - Responsibilities:
Be familiar with and adhere to the policies and procedures of the resort handbook and the best practices;
Responsible for the daily operation of all Activities within their assigned area including ticket redemption;
Responsible for guest and employee safety including compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures, daily operational logs, and emergency response;
Assist with training assessments, check off forms, and provide daily coaching and guidance to Activities employees;
Manage activity inventory and liaise with all other departments to promote a seamless customer experience
