Crags Lodge in Estes Park, CO, seeks a Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and support the Front Office Manager in optimizing efficiency and revenue.
You will supervise front desk staff, manage check-ins/outs, resolve guest concerns, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, and help train and schedule the team. A high school diploma and 2–5 years of experience are required; MEWS PMS experience is preferred.
