Omni Interlocken Resort is seeking a Banquet Captain to supervise banquet staff and coordinate event execution with a focus on guest satisfaction. You will lead servers and bartenders, ensure timely service and proper presentation, and assist the Banquet Manager in daily operations.
Required are 5+ years of banquet leadership in a four-star/four-diamond hotel or resort, FOOD HANDLERS and TABC certifications (or ability to obtain on hire), and a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
