Valet Position – Keystone, CO

The Valet will assist guests with their transportation and belongings while generally maintaining the appearance of the hotel lobby and entryway. Work with the Front Desk Team to ensure guests have a smooth check‑in and check‑out process and a great first and last impression of our hotel and resort!

• Provide superior service to customers (internal and external) at all times.
• Assist arriving and departing guests with baggage, answer questions, and make deliveries.
• Secure items too large for guest rooms in appropriate storage areas.
• Assist in parking cars; serve as backup shuttle driver as needed.
• Transport guests, in a safe and timely manner, to and from requested destinations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous related guest service or hospitality experience required.
• Ability to deal with customers in a courteous and efficient manner, maintaining an upbeat and positive attitude required.
• Ability to lift luggage of various sizes with a maximum of 50 lbs required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks amid large numbers of incoming guests.
• Ability to learn a variety of information pertaining to the resort and the area.
• Good personal hygiene and neat appearance.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license and complete a Motor Vehicle Report required.

• Starting wage: $20.00/hr – $22.19/hr.
• If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed minimum of $20/hr inclusive of tips.

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr – $22.19/hr this is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
