Winter Park Resort is seeking a Rental Associate to assist guests with selecting and setting up rental gear, while providing expert guidance. You will help fit boots, choose skis or boards, adjust bindings, and instruct on equipment use, maintaining accurate records in the rental system.
You will perform regular maintenance, help ensure safety, and work within resort policies. This role requires basic computer skills and offers an hourly pay around $19 with full benefits for eligible staff.
