Concierge

Marriott is seeking a Part-Time Concierge to deliver personalized service to guests in our hotels. In this role, you'll warmly welcome guests, provide expert recommendations on dining, transportation, and local attractions, and assist with reservations, tickets, and special requests. You'll coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and other hotel teams to ensure seamless stays and quick resolution of guest concerns. Ideal candidates have strong local knowledge, excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional demeanor
• Provide recommendations on dining, entertainment, and local attractions
• Arrange restaurant, transportation, and tour reservations
• Support ticketing, event bookings, and special guest requests
• Collaborate with front desk and other departments for seamless service

• Assist with lobby presence and guest flow during peak times
