High School Study

Marriott is seeking a High School Work Study student to support our hotel operations while gaining hands-on experience in hospitality. In this part-time role, you'll assist with guest services, basic food and beverage support, event setup, and general administrative or housekeeping tasks, all under close supervision. You'll learn hospitality standards, customer service, and teamwork in a global hotel brand. This role is designed to fit around your school schedule and help you explore long-term career paths in the hospitality and lodging industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist hotel teams with front desk, housekeeping, or food service tasks under supervision
• Greet guests and provide basic information or directions within the property
• Support setup and breakdown of event or meeting spaces as needed
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in public areas and back-of-house
• Follow safety, hygiene, and brand standards at all times
• Shadow experienced associates to learn hospitality operations
• Assist with basic administrative or clerical tasks assigned by supervisors
• Collaborate with team members and respond to guest needs promptly
• Participate in training sessions and scheduled learning activities
• Maintain reliable attendance around school schedule and follow company policies
