Snowmass Mountain Lodging, located in Snowmass Village, CO is looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. If you enjoy working as a part of a team and have a motivated and positive attitude, we would love to meet you!

• Pay Rate: $25.00 Hourly

  Flexible Schedule, some nights, weekends, and holidays required

• Warmly welcome guests and owners, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, and concierge support.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, payments, and pre-arrival communication for a seamless stay.
• Address maintenance and housekeeping requests, conduct property inspections several times a day.
• Sort and deliver packages, and maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area.
• Assist with arrival/departure inspections and other duties as needed.
• Assist with package/luggage delivery with packages up to 100lbs.

• Guest Services experience not required but recommended.
• Ability to display good hospitality skills and sets a positive example for guest relations.
• Good communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).
• Basic computer knowledge, Microsoft word, teams, excel.
