Job Summary:

At Rock Resorts/Vail Resorts Hospitality, we affectionately refer to our Housekeeping team as the "heart of the house." By consistently delivering the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and care, the Housekeeping team plays an essential role in creating an exceptional experience for every guest. The Executive Housekeeper is a highly visible leadership position responsible for the overall performance of the Housekeeping department.

Job Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Development Labor and Financial Management Housekeeping Operations Safety and Compliance

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred. Minimum of three years of progressive leadership experience within hospitality rooms operations required;
Housekeeping leadership experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience leading a large, diverse, and operationally complex team. Strong knowledge of labor management, scheduling, payroll, productivity standards, room inventory, and quality assurance. Strong coaching, performance-management, conflict-resolution, and employee-development skills. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Conversational Spanish or additional language skills are highly valued. Valid driver's license preferred.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evenings based on business needs. Ability to perform the physical responsibilities associated with a hotel Housekeeping operation, including walking, standing, bending, lifting, and inspecting rooms and facilities.

The expected pay range is $68,000.00 - $73,000.00 + annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
