The Concierge Attendant provides personalized guest service while supporting concierge services and hotel front desk operations. This role welcomes guests, assists with resort information and special requests, and handles hotel check-ins and check-outs. Working closely with other departments, the Concierge Attendant helps create a welcoming, seamless experience throughout each guest’s stay.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service at the concierge area and hotel front desk.

Perform hotel check-ins and check-outs, maintaining accurate guest information and following established front desk procedures.

Assist guests with reservation inquiries, changes, and special requests.

Process guest payments accurately and efficiently in accordance with resort procedures.

Provide information about resort amenities, dining, spa services, entertainment, and available guest services.

Assist with recommendations and reservations, coordinating with the appropriate departments to accommodate guest preferences.

Accurately communicate guest requests to Housekeeping, Engineering, Bell/Valet, Security, VIP Services, and other departments, following up to ensure completion.

Respond to guest questions and concerns with professionalism and discretion, referring unresolved matters to management.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming concierge and front desk area.

Document guest preferences, requests, and outstanding concerns to support consistent service and effective shift handoffs.

Protect guest confidentiality and follow resort policies for handling guest information and transactions.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous hotel front desk, concierge, or guest service experience preferred.

Commitment to providing personalized service in a luxury resort environment.
