Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and warmly, provide a welcoming first impression, and thank guests as they depart.

Escort guests to their tables and coordinate seating with the service team.

Answer telephone inquiries professionally and assist with reservations, including large-party requests.

Maintain accurate guest counts and seating records to support organized dining room service.

Communicate guest requests and service needs to the appropriate team members.

Maintain a clean, organized entrance, host station, and guest waiting area.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and guest service skills, with a professional and welcoming demeanor.

Ability to remain organized and courteous in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.

Basic to intermediate computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate reservation and seating information.

Strong teamwork skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to assist others.

General mathematical skills; previous cash-handling experience preferred when cashier duties are assigned.

Availability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Physical requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift, bend and stoop, and use hands frequently to perform assigned duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
