Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment tasks such as posting job openings, organizing resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Help with new employee onboarding by preparing welcome materials and documentation
  • Maintain and update employee records in our HR system, ensuring information is accurate and organized
  • Support benefits administration by helping employees with questions and processing enrollment forms
  • Help coordinate HR events, team activities, and training sessions
  • Prepare HR documents, reports, and correspondence under supervisor guidance
  • Respond to employee questions and requests in a professional and helpful manner
  • Learn about HR policies and employment regulations as part of your professional development
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Detail‑oriented with strong accuracy in data entry
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with good interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and ask questions in a team environment
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
  • Any previous administrative or customer service experience
  • Familiarity with HR software or databases
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Interest in pursuing HR certifications or coursework
  • Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of payroll or benefits administration
