Human Resources Coordinator

Responsible for providing office and administrative support for Human Resources and Administration including but not limited to preparing interviews, orientations, administrative correspondence, payroll assistance, timekeeping assistance, scheduling, filing, mail delivery and sorting, among other administrative duties as determined by the Director of Human Resources and Administration.

• Responsible for customer service functions of the Human Resources Department. Serves as the primary greeter for all employees and applicants.
• Able to answer Human Resources questions; directs other questions/inquiries to appropriate staff for resolution.
• Performs all correspondence with general applicants including but not limited to setting up interviews, candidate follow up, filing of applications and general questions and concerns from applicants and candidates.
• Responsible for verification of employment and maintaining employee confidentiality within all duties.
• Processes paper work for new hires; ensures all documentation is filled out completely and correctly.
• Coordinates and performs new hire onboarding
• Assists employees in maintaining up to date information in the payroll and HR management systems (HRIS System)
• Maintains procedures and controls to promote communication and adequate information flow among the team and facility.
• Serves as backup for all staff members of Human Resources, as needed including payroll.
