Internship Opportunity at Samsung

Starting from September 2026, in Saint-Ouen 93, exclusively in an apprenticeship contract or alternating internship agreement. Your Mission

We are looking for an intern within the People Operations department, reporting to the Human Resources Directorate. Your role will be cross-functional and you will be involved in various projects within the department, including aspects of personnel administration, project management, and remuneration.

Role and Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing HR projects (cross-functional projects)
  • Regular monitoring and benchmarking
  • Managing personnel files (archiving contracts, sick leaves)
  • Drafting, sending, and following up on HR correspondence and various forms
  • Creating and updating various HR booklets
  • Organizing and managing medical visits
  • Data cleaning on our various HR software
  • Significant support in the management of semi-annual variable bonuses (permanent and temporary contracts)
  • Managing benefits: sending flowers, e-store coupons
  • Updating the organizational chart
  • Communications with our external partners: temporary agencies, housing action, ACMS, etc.
Skills and Qualifications

The profile we are looking for includes:

  • A Bac + 4 degree in management or HR
  • Good mastery of the Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Mastery of Workday is a plus
  • Writing and communication skills
  • Rigorous, curious, proactive, and confidential
  • Fluent in English
