About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist I to join a dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting activities, sourcing top talent, and delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer creation, and salary negotiations.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across a variety of positions.
- Build and strengthen the employer brand through networking, social media engagement, community outreach, and university partnerships.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide effective recruiting solutions.
- Track and maintain key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, and hiring efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with established hiring procedures, policies, and applicable employment regulations.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Foster positive working relationships across teams while delivering a world-class hiring experience.
- Support additional talent acquisition initiatives and projects as needed.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated business acumen and sound decision-making abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to established recruitment processes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Willingness to travel locally when required.
Advanced degrees may substitute for relevant experience. Related professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Preferred Qualifications- 1–2 years of recruiting experience supporting exempt and non-exempt manufacturing positions, including:
- Machinists
- Production Planners
- Manufacturing Engineers
- Experience recruiting within the aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience using sourcing platforms such as Linked In Recruiter.
- Knowledge of emerging talent recruitment programs, campus recruiting, and workforce outreach initiatives.
