What You'll Do
Strategic Business Partner
* Fuel strategy & drive impact:
Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver a talent and organization strategy aligned to evolving business priorities, translating strategy into clear people outcomes.
* Act with ownership:
Identify talent risks and opportunities, represent business needs across HR and the enterprise, and guide leaders on workforce decisions that enable performance and growth.
* Build for the future:

HR Cross‑Functional Collaborator
* Connect & influence:
Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated, high‑impact HR programs across talent, performance, rewards, engagement, and succession.
* Think with data:
Help define and use critical people metrics to surface trends, inform decisions, and continuously improve how the organization operates.
* Champion culture:
Bring the company's mission, values, and leadership behaviors to life through programs and practices that strengthen culture and engagement.
Director‑Level & Executive HR Support

Coach and advise senior leaders on talent development, team effectiveness, and performance management to build strong, resilient leadership teams.
* Enable execution:
Partner on key annual processes including workforce planning, talent reviews, compensation planning, and budget cycles to drive alignment and accountability.
* Navigate complexity:
Provide trusted HR guidance on employee relations and complex people matters, collaborating with Legal as needed and balancing risk with practical solutions.
What You'll Bring to the Table
Experience:
Ten (10) years of experience in HR subject areas, such as business partnering, employee relations, talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, and performance management, including three (3) years of experience leading others is required.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field is required. Professional experience beyond requirement in a related field may substitute for degree requirements on a year for year basis.

* Trusted business partner with a track record of influencing leaders, balancing risk, compliance, and outcomes in a fast‑moving environment
* Strong grounding in employment law, compliance, and policy design, with the ability to apply judgment thoughtfully rather than defaulting to rigid rules
* Clear, compelling communicator who can translate complex people issues into straightforward guidance for leaders at all levels
* Comfortable operating in ambiguity and change, taking ownership and adapting HR approaches as business needs evolve
* High level of discretion and integrity, with the confidence to facilitate discussions, lead training, and handle sensitive matters with care
