Location: Dunton
FCE Bank plc, part of Ford Motor Company, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner on an 18-month fixed-term contract at Dunton, Essex. Hybrid model with four days on site, reporting to Manager, HR Compliance & Business Partner.
The role partners across the organisation to align our people strategy with business goals, covering employee relations, performance, change, workforce planning and HR compliance in a regulated environment.
