Aboutthe Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven Talent Acquisition Representative to support the Talent Acquisition team. This individual will be an essential partner to Talent Advisors and an important point of contact for candidates. The role will support recruiting operations by ensuring efficient interview coordination, high-quality job requisitions, and an outstanding candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Operations team to ensure candidate interviews and job requisitions are processed accurately and with a sense of urgency.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely, professional, and personable communication throughout the hiring process.
- Schedule candidate interviews, including travel coordination, across various time zones and using multiple platforms.
- Review and edit job requisitions to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency with internal standards.
- Provide administrative support and assist candidates during the pre-onboarding process, including organizing candidate offer paperwork.
- Remain responsive to team requirements while managing multiple priorities and demonstrating excellent customer service and collaboration skills.
- Follow established processes and maintain compliance with internal guidelines and best practices.
- Assist with relocation initiations, relocation invoice processing, and I-9 administration for Talent Acquisition, as needed.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments and business teams.
- Interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
This position requires regular in-person engagement and working on-site three or more days each normally scheduled week at the primary work location. Travel and local commuting between campuses and other locations may be required.
Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
Required Education, Experience & Skills- High School diploma or equivalent plus one or more years of related work experience.
- A higher-level related degree, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree, may substitute for related work experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and exercise independent judgment.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to support others in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Infinite Brass Ring.
- Experience with SharePoint.
- Familiarity with automated interview scheduling tools.
