We are looking for Product Management Director for our Location Platform (GMLC, SMLC, E‑SMLC, SUPL, LRF, LMF) to own the strategy, monetization, and go‑to‑market of our Location Platforms, turning regulatory infrastructure into a revenue‑generating positioning platform.
Responsibilities- Own the multi‑year product vision for Location Platform, evolving them from regulatory infrastructure into monetizable location platforms.
- Create and maintain a 3–5‑year product strategy narrative aligned with company growth and market trends, while translating complex positioning technologies into clear, differentiated product value propositions.
- Own market segmentation and buyer personas across operators, and enterprises. Lead customer discovery with Tier‑1 operators, enterprise customers, and partners.
- Identify customer pain points beyond raw location accuracy (confidence, integrity, predictability, compliance, risk). Validate product strategy with real customer and market data, not assumptions.
- Own pricing and packaging strategy for Location platforms. Partner with Sales to drive ACV growth, attach rates, and ARR expansion.
- Accountable for product‑driven revenue outcomes, not just feature/release delivery cadence. Build business cases and ROI models to support sales and executive decision‑making. Align engineering roadmaps with market and revenue priorities.
- Co‑own go‑to‑market strategy with Sales and Marketing. Define positioning, messaging, and value articulation for different customer segments. Enable sales teams with clear product narratives, objection handling, and differentiation.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of LMF, GMLC, GNSS, 5G positioning, and location protocols.
- Make informed product tradeoffs across accuracy, integrity, latency, scalability, and compliance. Ensure technical roadmap aligns with long‑term business and revenue goals/roadmaps.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Architecture to shape platform‑level decisions, while maintaining single point of accountability for the market success.
- Define the evolution toward platform capabilities, including analytics, integrity, assurance, and APIs. Identify and develop partnerships and ecosystem opportunities (operators, OEMs, platform partners).
- Evaluate opportunities for APIs, data products, and developer enablement where appropriate. Ensure platform decisions create long‑term defensibility and differentiation.
- 10–15+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or platform leadership in telecom, network infrastructure, or location‑based services.
- 5+ years owning platform or infrastructure products, not just features or components with a dedicated focus towards Market/Customer outcomes and not technical/feature excellence.
- Proven experience owning or directly influencing revenue, pricing, or P&L for enterprise or operator‑facing products.
- Experience working with Tier‑1 Network Location providers.
- Background in telecom core networks, positioning systems, network APIs, and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of GMLC, SMLC, E‑SMLC, SUPL, LRF, LMF, including positioning workflows and regulatory context.…
