Senior Solutions Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our growing team in Austin, Texas.

• Provide technical consulting and product guidance to banks and other partners integrating Wise, primarily post-sale.
• Ensure partners deliver the best integration within their constraints for an excellent customer experience.
• Assist partners in the implementation phase, defining technical solutions and documenting requirements.
• Support business development by aiding larger partners requiring novel features, including technical scoping and feature design.
• Participate in feature definition, prioritisation, and long‑term strategy planning with the Wise Platform team.
• Collaborate with Implementation Managers, Product Managers, and Engineers, making product and project decisions.
• Design and develop new features for Wise services and expose them on the public API when needed.
• Work on scaling Wise Platform into new regions, overcoming associated challenges.
• Improve integration experience through documentation, APIs, SDKs, code samples, and reference implementations.
• Collaborate with the technical presales team to support the sales cycle and secure new partnerships.
• Enhance internal processes to handle multiple integrations in parallel.
• Troubleshoot, test, and resolve technical issues, aiding the API support team with complex problems.
