Applications Developer II
Hourly Range
: $43.78/hr - $56.66/hr.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint Online sites and Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Build and update Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven) and Power Automate flows based on established requirements.
- Reconstruct or enhance workflow logic previously built in Nintex, using provided mappings and specifications.
- Implement SharePoint Online components such as lists, libraries, content structures, permissions, and UI customizations.
- Perform basic to intermediate SPFx development (React/Type Script) when needed to meet functional requirements.
- Make iterative updates quickly as feedback is provided by the internal technical lead.
- Provide development support during migration and stabilization periods.
- Prepare solution materials and handoff documentation for end‑user ownership.
- Troubleshoot issues and assist with post‑deployment stabilization.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
Skills:
- BS/BA in related field plus 2 or more years related experience.
- Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master’s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education, U.S. Department of Education.
- Proficient in SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions, specifically Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Excellent commitment to customer service.
- Ability to think analytically, solve problems, make decisions, and collaborate and work with a team.
- Ability to juggle competing demands and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Skills:
- Experience With Nintex and/or moving from SharePoint on premises to SharePoint Online
- Experience with databases, cloud computing, SaaS, Gov Cloud, and On‑Premise environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI and data visualization software.
- Experience with JSON/HTML/CSS or other software language.
- Familiarity with Dataverse, Azure Functions, or Logic Apps.
- Aerospace, defense, or regulated environments experience.
