Compensation Range: $96,200 - $120,000

(Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.)

Job Purpose

The Contracts Manager is responsible for award management, contract lifecycle from review to execution, compliance and negotiation for Aerospace & Defense and commercial markets associated with specialty batteries, development programs, and government-funded contracts across EAS entities. The role also supports data analysis and manipulation, FAR/DFARs/CFR compliance, representations and certifications activities, and managing contractual relationships with the customer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Review and prepare contractual documents for management review, comment, and approval.

* Manage the review and tracking of contractual documentation, status, and approvals to drive the contract acceptance process through completion.

* Interpret, compile, edit, and proofread text and data from various sources for use in technical discussions, documents, reports, and proposals.

* Review contracts and terms & conditions for alignment with corporate standards, recommend strategies to negotiate mutually acceptable positions, and administer contracts to maintain compliance.

* Work with corporate resources to manage Contract, ITAR, Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC), and FAR/DFARs/CFR compliance.

* Ensure export compliance, program security, and regulatory compliance is maintained.

* Work with program management to establish consistent customer messaging related to all compliance-related communications.

* Aid in the development, operation, and enforcement of internal controls and protocols.

* Manage completion of customer forms, certifications, and other required documentation for both external and internal policies and procedures.
