Role DescriptionSenior Project Manager (Project Manager I)
You AreThe Senior Project Manager will be part of the Global Information Services (GIS) team and will collaborate with business units, support groups, and the broader GIS organization to plan, organize, and manage the execution of critical projects, ensuring successful delivery and transition to operations.
The Opportunity- Managing multiple projects and executing all phases in alignment with Project Management Methodology.
- Collaborating across GIS teams, vendors, business units, and support groups to coordinate project activities.
- Delivering projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring quality.
- Developing comprehensive end-to-end project plans.
- Prioritizing deliverables and ensuring timely completion.
- Communicating project status to key stakeholders on a regular cadence.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology.
- 7+ years of project management experience.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, etc.).
- Proven experience leading full lifecycle enterprise IT projects involving business processes, integration, and large global teams.
- Proficiency in project planning tools.
- Strong understanding of business processes and alignment with IT.
- Effective communication with executives and project teams.
- Experience in Cloud services and integration solutions preferred.
- Semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to customer success.
- Ability to lead workshops and align requirements to deliverables.
- Results driven, proactive, and detail oriented.
- Strong risk and issue management capabilities.
- Ability to run effective meetings, document minutes, track actions, and follow up.
- Strong prioritization and execution skills.
- Proficient in Waterfall and SCRUM methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation Range: $88,000–$132,000
BenefitsFull‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires during the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Employees also have access to the company’s 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching and are eligible for medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short‑ and long‑term disability benefits.
Additional voluntary short‑term disability benefits and a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare and dependent care may be available in accordance with IRS guidelines. Part‑time and temporary employees receive similar sick leave benefits and are eligible for retirement savings plans and health insurance coverage where applicable. Benefits may vary by location and employment type.
