Enterprise Software Administrator

Mountain Parks Electric is a distribution cooperative seeking an Enterprise Software Administrator for our Granby, Colorado location. The starting salary ranges from $81,440 to $122,160 per year, and the senior range from $121,440 to $182,160, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, LTD, 401(k), retirement defined benefit plan, HSA employer contributions, and paid time off.

• Serve as subject matter expert for core enterprise application environments.
• Administer NISC iVue Desktop and Microsoft 365.
• Provide full-spectrum end‑user support at all levels.
• Deploy and repair endpoints.
• Assist with network infrastructure.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business information systems, or related field.
• Minimum five years of enterprise software administration or related IT experience, preferably within an electric cooperative.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft 365 certifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD/Entra , licensing), M365 analytics and productivity tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong administrative and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to set priorities and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license required throughout employment.
• Basic first aid/CPR certification required within six months of hire and kept current throughout employment.
