Technical Lead For E-Commerce Operation

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Lead the technical strategy and development of digital solutions for a leading e-commerce operation in Latin America, currently managing more than 100 digital channels for approximately 30 renowned brands in the region.

You will be responsible for defining the technological vision of the assigned capacity, leading development teams, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure solutions aligned with business needs.

Your main mission will be:

• Define, direct, and execute the technical strategy of software solutions.
• Lead and develop full stack developer teams under agile methodologies.
• Actively participate in software development, dedicating approximately 30% of your time to programming and building solutions.
• Ensure the quality, stability, and evolution of the applications and platforms in charge.
• Manage level 3 incidents, promoting continuous improvement and root cause problem resolution.
• Drive good development practices, QA, technology governance, and CI/CD.
• Work hand in hand with architecture, operations, and product teams to ensure successful deliveries.
• Act as a technical reference for APIs, integrations, events, and data associated with the business capacity.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies that generate value for the business.

Requirements for the role:

• Professional in Systems Engineering, Software, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• More than 5 years of experience in software development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tech Lead or Technical Leader.
• Experience leading development teams under agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge in React, Node.js, and/or Python.
• Experience in web development with React or Angular.
• Experience working with APIs, distributed architectures, and message brokers (Kafka desirable).
• Knowledge in cloud native platforms and deployments on containers.
• Experience in Azure, including architecture, operation, and security best practices.
• Knowledge in CI/CD tools and processes (Git Lab desirable).
• Desirable experience in e-commerce environments.

• Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-305, or similar).
