Software Support Engineer

We are looking for a Software Support Engineer to support GLG’s technology platforms that connect clients with subject‑matter experts. As part of the Product Engineering team you will work closely with engineers, product managers and users to troubleshoot and improve the reliability and performance of our systems.

• Ensure the continuous operation and reliability of GLG’s critical systems.
• Interface with Engineering and Helpdesk to triage and resolve system issues.
• Diagnose and resolve issues when identified.
• Communicate resolutions to stakeholders and explain technical solutions to non‑technical people.

• Degree in computer science or related engineering field, or equivalent technical proficiency.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn new languages and technologies used across GLG including JavaScript, Type Script, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with AI toolsets such as Claude, Copilot, Opencode and others.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Ability to investigate and diagnose system problems.
• Effective communication across audiences with varying technical skill levels.

GLG is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The anticipated hiring base salary range for this role is $80,500—$96,500 USD. Certain roles may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
