GLG is seeking a Software Support Engineer to support GLG’s technology platforms that connect clients with subject‑matter experts. You will work with engineers, product managers and users to troubleshoot and improve the reliability and performance of our systems.
In this role you will ensure continuous operation of critical systems, triage issues with Engineering and Helpdesk, and communicate resolutions clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
