Senior Project Manager – SAP Implementation experience.

Hybrid or Remote with periodic travel as needed Duration:
Contract (12+ months) Industry: Medical Device / Manufacturing Rate: $70-80/hr on W2. Introduction
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the Manufacturing and Quality work streams for a global SAP transformation program in the Medical Device / Manufacturing industry. The role involves driving planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment across Design, Build, Test, and Deployment phases while partnering with business leaders, IT teams, and system integrator resources.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Project Management - 10 years of experience.
- SAP implementation - 4-5 years of experience.
- GMP - 2 years of experience.
- Prior work experience in a regulated industry such as Medical Device, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, or similar environments is highly preferred.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on W2.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with at least one SAP S/4
HANA implementation. - Familiarity with SAP Manufacturing and Quality modules including PP, QM, PM, or related operational processes.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
- Knowledge of manufacturing master data, testing, data migration, and integration activities.
- Experience supporting global template deployments across multiple regions and business units.
- Lead execution of Manufacturing and Quality work streams within a global SAP transformation program.
- Manage program scope, schedule, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decision tracking.
- Coordinate business, IT, and system integrator teams to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality expectations.
- Facilitate workshops, design sessions, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive governance including RAID management, action tracking, decision logs, and executive reporting.
- Oversee readiness activities related to testing, organizational change management, cutover, and deployment planning.
- Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT leaders to support global process standardization and adoption.
- Manage cross-workstream dependencies and facilitate issue resolution and escalation.
