Our client seeks a mid-level Business Systems Analyst to support Service Now HRSD configuration and workflow documentation. The role will translate business needs into technical requirements and support the implementation team through build and testing of HRSD solutions. Hands-on configuration will include workflows, forms, reporting, dashboards, and light scripting. Candidates should bring deep experience across HRSD implementation phases including design, build, testing, and go-live support, practical experience with Now Assist for HRSD use cases, and direct experience with HRSD data migrations covering mapping, cleansing, validation, and cutover.

A true BSA mindset is required, including requirements gathering, specification writing, close partnership with developers, and willingness to execute details while being able to uplevel when needed. Service Now CSA is required. HRSD/CIS-HR is strongly preferred. Time zone flexibility is available with PST preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in translating functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Support workflow design and configuration in Service Now HRSD.
• Document permissions, integration requirements, and system interactions.
• Collaborate with implementation specialists to ensure smooth handoff and execution.
• Contribute to UAT planning and documentation of test scenarios.
• Track data flows and dependencies across HR systems.

Experience Requirements:

• 2-4 years as a BSA with exposure to Service Now HRSD.
• Hands-on HRSD implementation across design, build, testing, and go-live support.
• Practical experience using Now Assist for HRSD use cases.
• Direct experience with HRSD data migrations, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and cutover.
• Familiarity with HR systems and basic integration concepts.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Service Now CSA certification required; HRSD/CIS-HR strongly preferred.
