Ute Mountain Casino Hotel is seeking an IT Desktop Support Technician to provide first-level technical support for UMCH employees and assist with device setup, imaging, and documentation in the help desk system.
Under the guidance of the IT Director and senior staff, you will gain hands-on experience, learn to diagnose routine issues, and help maintain a responsive, service-oriented IT environment. Fluency in English and strong customer service are essential.
