Kids for the Future is looking for an IT Help Desk Technician in Broomfield, CO. This role involves responding to and prioritizing incoming requests for technical assistance related to hardware and software issues.
The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma, with 1-2 years of experience preferred. Responsibilities include troubleshooting user problems, managing Office 365 accounts, and documenting work. A strong understanding of Windows OS and MS Office Suite is required.
This is a full-time position with a pay range of $20 to $30 per hour.
