Our client seeks a Senior Business Applications Analyst to configure and support packaged software for healthcare claims and benefits. The analyst will lead complex facets product builds, interface design specifications, and file configuration to ensure accurate claim payments. The role includes requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, and ticket-based troubleshooting, with approximately two weeks of shadowing for training.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $45.00 to $49.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Serve as subject matter expert for application areas, including data definitions, usage and file structure, code structure, business rules, and requirements governing system functionality.
- Lead development of package software modification requirements and interface design specifications.
- Configure necessary tables and maintain all packaged software file configuration, including complex tasks.
- Act as liaison with business areas during development and implementation.
- Independently analyze business problems or opportunities, recommend and implement solutions, and communicate actions, impacts, and results to stakeholders.
- Facilitate completion of projects within allocated time and budget.
- Provide direction and assistance to junior staff members.
- Provide technical leadership and application expertise to project and non-project activities.
- Deliver detailed configuration expertise and communications to customers and partners, including presentations.
- Provide consultative support reviewing business requirements and use cases to enable efficient enterprise solutions.
- Analyze current usage of packaged software and recommend improvements in process, data quality, and results.
- Execute SDLC components: solution design, code development and maintenance, unit testing with sample datasets, and system/technical documentation.
- 5+ years of related experience, or 7+ years without a degree.
- Hands-on experience with facets product builds.
- Healthcare claims experience.
- Workflow design and solution delivery experience.
- Experience leading configuration and interface specification efforts in packaged software environments.
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree preferred; in lieu of a degree, 7+ years of related experience.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
