Summary:
- Seeking an experienced Epic IT Contractor with strong Healthy Planet and Compass Rose expertise.
- Independently support Healthy Planet Compass Rose initiatives.
- Create and maintain registries.
- Design, build, and optimize SDOH workflows.
- Support Remote Patient Monitoring program expansion.
- Perform daily maintenance activities, including service requests and minor optimizations.
- Analyze and diagnose complex system issues.
- Identify root causes and develop solutions or escalate as appropriate.
- Design, implement, maintain, optimize, and support Epic applications.
- Translate business and technical requirements into functional solutions.
- Configure, test, implement, and maintain application workflows.
- Collaborate with operational stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support.
- Troubleshoot incidents, document resolutions, and maintain technical documentation.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and monthly updates.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for application functionality and workflows.
- Lead and support complex application projects as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Epic Healthy Planet Certification.
- Epic Compass Rose Certification.
- Previous experience supporting Epic Healthy Planet workflows and applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience serving as a project lead for complex IT initiatives.
- Strong background in workflow design and optimization.
- Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience partnering with vendors to resolve system issues and improve performance.
- Prior mentoring or leadership experience within an Epic applications team.
- Experience supporting reporting, data validation, and analytics needs.
- Knowledge of healthcare application integration and system maintenance.
