Infrastructure Talent Center Senior Manager

Manages more than one technical engineering and science organization. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. The Infrastructure Talent Center Senior Manager will establish a "talent center" that connects and coordinates infrastructure skill-sets across existing S2CO talent centers. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to create and sustain an ecosystem of engineers, architects, and specialists who share common skill sets across system administration, network, hardware, Dev Sec Ops , and database roles.

By identifying tools and processes used across programs, defining a "Make-Common" strategy, and partnering with Cybersecurity, the leader will eliminate duplication, accelerate delivery, and build clear career pathways for infrastructure talent throughout the organization. Specific job responsibilities include:

  • Establishing a strategic vision across technology, talent, development & engagement, commonality, and more.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of enterprise-wide infrastructure domains (system administration, architecture, network, hardware, Dev Sec Ops , database).
  • 5+ years in a technical leadership role that involved cross-functional influence.
  • Demonstrated success driving large-scale standardization or "make-common" initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Experience in leading or partnering with cybersecurity organizations.
  • Previous experience in developing training curriculums, engagement networks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence senior leaders, technical peers, and broader audiences.
  • Demonstrated skills and behaviors that align with the Full Spectrum Leadership Imperatives

Pay Information:

Full-Time Salary Range: $178500.00 - $331500.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
